SteadyHand LLC Terms & Conditions

SteadyHand LLC ("SteadyHand," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or submitting equipment for

repair, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

SteadyHand LLC provides dental handpiece repair and related services exclusively to licensed dental

practices in Hawaii. All services are subject to availability and acceptance.

2. No Patient Information

Customers must not include patient information with any equipment, documentation, or

communications. SteadyHand LLC does not accept responsibility for patient data submitted contrary to

this requirement.

3. Quotes and Authorization

Repair quotes are estimates based on initial inspection. Additional repairs may require authorization.

By approving a quote, you authorize SteadyHand LLC to perform the specified repairs and bill

accordingly.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the invoice terms provided. Payments are processed through third-party

providers including Stripe, PayPal, and Square. SteadyHand LLC does not store full payment

information.

5. Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping equipment to SteadyHand LLC unless otherwise agreed.

Return shipping is arranged through third-party carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. SteadyHand

LLC is not responsible for carrier delays or damage once shipped.

6. Limited Warranty

Repaired equipment may be covered by a limited repair warranty, if provided in writing. This warranty

covers only the specific repair performed and does not apply to misuse, normal wear, or unrelated

issues.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SteadyHand LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental,

special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or business interruption.

8. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with website

operations. Website content is provided for informational purposes only.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use

information. By using our website or services, you agree to that policy.

10. Record Retention

SteadyHand LLC retains service and transaction records for operational, legal, and accounting

purposes, generally between one and seven years.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to conflict of law

principles.
